Our Story
Halit Kitchen began in 2010 with a simple belief — that the warmth and colour of a Nigerian Sunday spread deserved a place in London. Not watered down, not westernised. The real thing.
Every pot of jollof, every hand-rolled puff-puff and every slow-simmered soup is made in our Purley kitchen from scratch. No shortcuts, no compromises. We cook the way Nigerian mothers cook: slow, bold, and with everything you've got.
We're not a restaurant that does Nigerian food. We're Nigerian food.
